In order to make this quilt, you only need one charm pack (with at least 40 five-inch squares) and a solid white fabric (or another color) for the background.
As a result of the charm squares, the quilt has a patchwork style scrappy look. It is possible to achieve a similar look with a mix of fabrics from your stash and scraps of fabric you have on hand.
There is something extra special about this quilt, and that is the prairie point border that surrounds the entire quilt. This quilt would be a good starting point for those of you who have never tried prairie points before.
